In this role, you’ll thoughtfully curate decorations, activities, and supplies ahead of time — crafting a celebration that helps every child feel seen, valued, and celebrated. Your attention to detail ensures that when party day arrives, everything is ready to spark delight.

As a Party Delivery Driver, you are the bridge between generosity and celebration. On the last Friday of each month, you’ll pick up carefully prepared birthday bins and deliver them to the shelters we serve — ensuring every party has everything it needs to shine.

As a Birthday Wish Granter, you ensure every child receives a gift they truly hoped for — whether a favorite toy, a creative kit, or a specific gift card – getting a gift from their list makes children feel seen and valued.
Volunteers can participate in the way that works best for them: purchase gifts and send them to us by the deadline, donate funds for gifts to be purchased on their behalf, or shop for gifts and drop them off at our office.
Every contribution turns generosity into something tangible, giving children a birthday they’ll remember and letting them know they are truly seen and celebrated.

Help tell the story of each Extra-Ordinary birthday by photographing candid, joy-filled moments that reflect the spirit of celebration. You’ll document events with care, respectfully honor privacy guidelines and consent, and edit and organize images to support our storytelling and communications.
